We have updated our job processing system to handle the rising load because of live data needed to handle Covid-19 restrictions around the world.
Under the update window this could have had an impact on live inside data and alarms.
We apologise any issues this have had for our clients.

We identified an issue with slow processing sensor data, all data is still being processed.

There has been connection errors with one of our providers. The issue is resolved and we will add more connection points to the systems as soon as possible.
We had an issue on one of the servers running the auto resets for locations.
This is now fixed and all resets where run after this time, and therefore making the live inside appear wrong.
